We had a fantastic stay at Comfort Inn in Payson! The breakfast was delicious, and we loved having the option of different pillow styles. The spacious fridge was a pleasant surprise, unlike in most hotels where it's too small. The staff's friendly and cheerful attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. We were impressed with the unexpected room upgrade when there was a problem with our original room. Definitely a family-friendly place!

The location of the hotel is great, close to numerous dining options and it's on the bus line, making it convenient for exploring the area. The room is spacious with comfortable beds and the bathroom is clean with a nice shower. The staff at the hotel are professional and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast served is decent, providing a good start to the day.

The view from the hotel is not particularly impressive.

The room could have been cleaner, with dirty drapes and a poorly done remodel. The walls were thin and you could hear noise from other rooms.

The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a fridge and microwave. The highlight for me was the room with a jacuzzi tub, providing a luxurious touch to my stay.

It was all superb.

My 2 Queen 2 Room Suite was very spacious and clean with a large bathroom, comfy beds and plenty of amenities. The lady at check-in was friendly and helpful. I'll recommend Comfort Inn.

As a budget traveler, I was impressed by the friendly staff and quick check-in and check-out process. The cleanliness of the hotel stood out, as did the good breakfast choices. I also appreciated the inclusion of a microwave and fridge in the room.

Staff friendly, helpful, clean rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, clean lobby and grounds, outstanding breakfast, lovely breakfast lady, helpful daytime desk staff, great recommendations for sightseeing.

Nothing not to love.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything in the area for a while. The hotel facilities are great, especially the indoor pool and whirlpool. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of offerings. We loved the fact that there were 2 different style pillows on the bed and the fridge was the perfect size for us. We were impressed with the exceptional service provided by the breakfast hostess and the staff in general.

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.
